Due to exponential growth we are now currently hiring a number of experienced & junior recruitment consultants to be based from Dubai. As one of our Recruitment Consultants you will be responsible for working with some of the biggest brands in the world providing them the skills they need to drive their business forward. Tangent is an international organisation so you will have the opportunity to travel and see the world if that is something that interests you!

About the Role

Responsibilities of Recruitment consultant include:

• Winning new customers
• Developing search and marketing to attract talent
• Making presentations to customers
• Working with customers on retention strategies
• Ensuring clients & candidates continue to receive an award winning service from Tangent!

Qualifications

6 months + sales experience + Fluent Arabic

Drive, Determination, Energy
