Duration: 1 Year (extendable based on business requirements)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager with 18+ years of proven success in leading complex IT and digital transformation projects across Banking & Government in the UAE. Candidates who can join immediately or within one month notice period are preferred.

المهام الأساسية:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects and programs using Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders, ensuring on‑time, within‑budget, and high‑quality delivery.
• Oversee project planning, risk management, governance, and reporting.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, ERP, BI, RPA, Cloud, and IT infrastructure projects.
• Build frameworks, processes, and dashboards to improve delivery efficiency and stakeholder visibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Certifications: PRINCE2, CSM, ITIL, PMP
• Strong experience in Banking & Financial Services Applications (Treasury, Payments, Core Banking, Wealth).
• Hands‑on experience in project reporting, stakeholder management, and cross‑team coordination.
• Proven record of transforming failing projects into successful deliveries with measurable results.
