• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
• Perform phlebotomy procedures, including venipuncture and capillary puncture.
• Collect and handle blood specimens for laboratory analysis.
• Monitor patients’ conditions, administer medications, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, infection control policies, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Abu Dhabi.
• Certification in phlebotomy.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with phlebotomy skills.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Advanced certifications in specialty areas.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
