A leading telecommunications company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Field Sales Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives for Etisalat Fixed Services. Responsibilities include supervising field operations, achieving sales targets, and driving performance in residential communities. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of field sales experience, preferably with Etisalat products, and possess strong team handling skills. Proficiency in Fluent English is essential, with knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, or Arabic preferred.
