Sales Manager Real Estate Developer

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the UAE real estate development sector.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and writing).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation communication and presentation abilities.
• Deep understanding of Dubais real estate market trends and regulations.
• Currently based in the UAE with a valid work visa.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue targets.
• Lead mentor and motivate the sales team and CRM staff to optimize performance and productivity.
• Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the UAE real estate market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients agencies brokers and investors to expand the companys network and sales channels.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process from lead generation client engagement negotiation to successful deal closure.
• Conduct in-depth market research to track trends monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns events and sales activations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies RERA guidelines and UAE real estate regulations.
• If necessary represent the company at exhibitions events and industry networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
