Overview

Required to join Design and Build firm involved on various Commercial projects across the UAE. As part of their growth strategy and due to recent project wins they are urgently looking for a Senior Interior Designer with strong FitOut experience in Dubai. The individual must have worked in a similar role and have experience with Commercial FitOut projects. DB experience would be preferable.

المهام الأساسية

• Lead project teams to develop design solutions for delegated interior projects
• Develop design concepts and prepare with the project team documentation for tenders and construction
• Assist with planning the project and junior designer work flow
• Monitor train and supervise junior designers to provide good design and standard detailing
• Liaise with supervisor with regards to management and performance of junior designer
• Attend coordination meetings with regards to all design matters

Key Requirements

• Degree educated Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Design
• Minimum 8 years experience
• Experience working on Fit Out projects (Offices Retail FB)
