Responsabilidades:

  • Propagar e acompanhar as melhores práticas de gestão de demandas em um time estratégico do cliente.
  • Liderar equipes ágeis com escopo fechado, garantindo um ambiente de trabalho eficaz e colaborativo.
  • Assegurar o compartilhamento de informações e comunicação eficaz, tanto dentro da squad quanto com stakeholders externos.
  • Comunicação direta com clientes para acompanhamento de projetos e propagação de processos.

Requisitos:

  • Grande conhecimento em métricas de operação ágil e expertise comprovada em gestão de projetos.
  • Conhecimento profundo em processo de desenvolvimento, com capacidade de supervisão de ponta a ponta.
  • Experiência na liderança de equipes ágeis, com foco em Scrum e seu framework.
  • Capacidade de comunicação clara e eficaz com clientes e stakeholders.
Diferenciais:
  • Experiência com outras metodologias ágeis, como Kanban, XP ou Lean.
  • Familiaridade com agentes de inteligência artificial, como Flow Steps e ChatGPT.
Preferencialmente, ter disponibilidade para visitas ao cliente.
