As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. • Develop and lead master scheduling and rough-cut capacity planning processes and procedures to drive planning through a scalable process and system automation.
• Manage material supply and inventory to meet existing and new product demand requirements, coordinating with Demand Planning on changes that impact delivery of key components as demand fluctuates.
• Identify and resolve supply chain gaps and inefficiencies, while clearly documenting process solutions and requirements.
• Develop short- and long-term demand/supply models to minimize total costs and inventories while maintaining service levels; develop and justify inventory buffer strategies that optimize cost and flexibility.
• Perform in-depth statistical analysis to determine demand and supply patterns and outliers to drive data-driven decisions.
