Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with full stack development, across backend technologies such as Java, Python, GO, or C++ codebases, and frontend experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
  • Experience in leading technical projects with partners or related industry partners.

The gReach Program is a 12-month paid upskilling program for students and industry professionals with disabilities and vocations that support applicants with a Chinese government-issued certificate. You’ll receive on-the-job training and work on a range of projects. As a gReach Associate, you’ll be placed in teams across the business, such as Device and Services, Software, Advertising Sales, User Support, Market HR, and Google Cloud.
You’ll have the opportunity to be exposed to career opportunities at Google and further develop your professional skills. You’ll learn to make an impact by working with teams on business-critical projects and collaborating with Googlers across a variety of functions.
