المتطلبات

• COC (Chief Mate) Unlimited STCW Reg. II/2
• Valid ADNOC Approval (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 5 years of offshore experience in a similar role
• Valid STCW Certificates Passport and Seaman Book
• Strong knowledge of offshore safety procedures and DP operations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Joining: Immediate / As per availability
• Contract Type: Rotation / Long-term

Key Skills

• Proficient in ship navigation, stability management, and voyage planning
• Strong leadership and deck crew supervision
• Familiar with ADNOC Marine Procedures, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code
• Emergency response readiness and safety drill coordination
• Report writing, documentation, and client communication
• Familiarity with PMS (Planned Maintenance Systems)
