  • Lead sales strategy, market entry, and revenue growth across priority sectors.
  • Oversee enterprise sales teams, key accounts, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build predictable pipelines and long-term client relationships.
  • Refine pricing models, sales governance, and performance management frameworks.
  • Work closely with product and delivery teams to align offerings with market demand.
  • Report directly to executive leadership and influence overall growth strategy.

Candidate Profile / Qualifications

  • Senior B2B sales leadership experience within services, platforms, or technology-enabled businesses.
  • Strong exposure to enterprise and government sales cycles is essential.
  • Experience in the UAE market is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrates commercial ownership, leadership maturity, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience building and scaling sales teams is required.
  • Strategic thinking combined with execution discipline.
