RESPONSIBILITIES

• The resource should have a minimum of 15 years experience in IT Infrastructure domain with at least 10 years experience in managing large IT Projects.
• The resource should have worked in at least three project of private cloud deployment and management.
• Coordinate with Various IT Infrastructure Administrators for Implementing and commissioning of IT Infrastructure.
• Coordinate with Application teams for implementing any application specific requirement.
• Technical expertise on overall IT Infrastructure components as required.
• SPOC for IT infrastructure setup.
• Provide L3 Support onsite for any issues on IT Infrastructure.
• Coordinate with NOC team for timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with AP Support team for timely resolution of issues.
• Mandate Technology Skills VCF VxRail vRealize suite VSAN SRM & NSX
• Expert in Windows Server & RHEL Linux Implementation Administration Management and troubleshooting
• Expert in AD Exchange Mobile Device Management solutions
• Mandatory Microsoft MCSE certified resource
• RHEL/RHCE certified resource
• Expert on Dell Isilon NAS Storage & Commvault backup storage
• Should have experience in managing SAP environment.
• Mandate skills of building Infra and maintenance calendar
• Experience in DR Drills
• Excellent Troubleshooting skills to fix operational Issues.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• BMC Suite administration skills TSSA TSNA and ITOM
• Opensource Container/Kubernetes will be added advantage. (Desirable)

TECHNICAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES

• Windows Linux Storage (NAS) Commvault Backup AD/EX
• Good knowledge in VMware (Virtualization level)
• Good knowledge of Infra Applications (running in FTA)
• Handson experience in planning and executing the DR
• Good knowledge of Hardware like DELL VXrail etc
• Good knowledge of Datacenters

OPTIONAL & Certification

• VMWare MCSE ITIL RHEL & Cloud Certifications

SOFT SKILLS

• MANDATORY
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong sense of Accountability to complete tasks
• Willingness to Adopt and Learn New Technology and Solutions
