UNS is currently looking for a Senior (Technical) Architect to join our Dubai office. In this role, you will take ownership of multiple or large-scale projects, overseeing design quality, technical integrity, feasibility, and budget. You will act as a key representative of the office, navigating complex challenges and ensuring the successful delivery of our architectural vision.

المهام الأساسية

• Managing the internal and external coordination of all phases for large-scale projects.
• Developing and advising on creative designs and technical solutions, ensuring the highest standards of Architect Design Excellence and Building Technology.
• Identifying, anticipating, and controlling risks that could threaten the product, process, or the office’s position, working collaboratively with the Leadership Team to mitigate them.
• Solving technical problems and working out architectural solutions through innovative thinking, clearly documented through construction and shop drawings or details.

Job Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience as an All-Around Architect, with extensive Middle East experience during design development, construction documentation, and construction administration stages.
• Experience in producing facade, architectural, interior finish, and interface details is a must.
• Comprehensive knowledge of products, materials, and typical construction methods.
• Strong aesthetic sensibilities and design skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous desire to both learn from and mentor others.
• Fluent English communication skills (reading and writing).
• Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is required. Proficient knowledge of Rhinoceros is highly favorable.
