Our client is a leading consulting firm and delivering impactful business solutions and seeking an experienced VAT Director to lead and manage VAT advisory and compliance functions across the UAE & GCC. The ideal candidate will be a CA-qualified professional with strong leadership capabilities, hands‑on VAT expertise, and a passion for driving business growth through exceptional client service.

المهام الأساسية:

• Oversee end‑to‑end Dubai & GCC VAT compliance and advisory services.
• Manage and develop strong client relationships across the region.
• Review and finalize VAT returns, filings, and correspondence with local tax authorities.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the VAT consulting team .
• Support business growth through business development and client acquisition efforts.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with regional tax regulations.
• Provide strategic insights and VAT planning solutions to clients.

Must Have

• CA-qualified professionals (mandatory).
• 10+ years of experience in Indirect Tax / VAT consulting, including complex engagements.
• Strong exposure to UAE & GCC VAT frameworks (experience with local tax authorities preferred).
• Excellent client management, communication, and leadership skills .
• Proven business development experience.is a must
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑centric consulting environment.
• Should be currently residing in Dubai (applications from outside the region will not be considered)
