Sales Director / Business Development Manager – Middle East (ICU / Airway MedTech).A pioneering medical technology venture is seeking a Sales Director or Senior Business Development Manager to lead market development across hospitals and ICU networks in the Middle East .

The company is developing a next-generation airway monitoring platform centred around a modified intubation tube with embedded sensing technology and AI-driven monitoring. The device is progressing through the patent process and is expected to follow a clear regulatory pathway due to an existing predicate. The solution expands the company’s offering beyond traditional OEM manufacturing into airway device management, analytics, software, and licensing .

This role will focus on creating and winning commercial opportunities with hospitals and healthcare systems , introducing an innovative ICU solution that combines medical devices with software and data capabilities.

المهام الأساسية

Identify, develop, and secure commercial partnerships with hospitals, ICU departments, and healthcare groups across the Middle East

Build trusted relationships with economic decision makers, clinical influencers, and technical users of airway and respiratory technologies

Lead new market development, sales strategy, and distributor or partner relationships

Work closely with clinicians and procurement teams to support adoption of the technology

Represent the company at key healthcare conferences and industry events

Ideal Candidate

Proven track record selling medical devices or ICU / airway / respiratory technologies

Established relationships with hospital decision makers , including procurement leaders, ICU clinicians, and healthcare executives

Strong experience navigating economic buyers, clinical influencers, and technical users within hospital environments

Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a high-growth, venture-stage med-tech environment

Experience working across Middle East healthcare systems
