This is high-performing, tech-driven trading firm is hiring a Head of Trading to join its growing market making team. This is a front-office role within a fast-paced, data-led environment where trading, technology, and liquidity provision intersect.

You’ll work alongside experienced traders and quants, executing across regional and global markets while contributing to strategy development and market-making activity. The setup is lean, collaborative, and built for performance — ideal for someone who wants real impact and exposure to modern trading infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Execute equities trades across UAE and international markets
• Identify opportunities using technical and fundamental analysis
• Partner with quants to refine and implement trading strategies
• Manage order flow, execution, and risk in real time
• Support liquidity provision and market efficiency
• Mentor junior talent within the desk

Must-Have Experience

• 7+ years in equities trading
• Buy-side or sell-side execution background
• Strong understanding of market structure and flow
• Experience with Bloomberg or Refinitiv
• Proven ability to perform under pressure
