We are partnering with a leading Automotive Group in the GCC to hire an experienced National Sales Manager – Commercial Vehicles / Trucks to drive national sales strategy, market expansion, and revenue growth.

This is a senior leadership role for professionals with strong experience in commercial vehicle sales, fleet business, and dealer network management.

Skills

• 12-15 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle / Truck sales
• MUST have strong UAE market experience (minimum 5 years)
• Minimum 5 years in leadership / team management role
• Proven track record managing large and diverse sales teams
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic sales expertise
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial preferred)
• MBA or Sales/Management certifications will be an advantage
