We are currently looking for a talented senior publisher at Research Publication AE. The ideal candidate would be responsible to provide high-quality research consultancy services in UAE, timely production, and successful distribution. This role oversees editorial planning, manages publishing projects, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet business and publication goals.

المهام الأساسية:

• Manage the full publication lifecycle from concept to release
• Oversee editorial standards, content quality, and production schedules
• Coordinate with editors, writers, designers, and marketing teams
• Develop publishing strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with authors, partners, and stakeholders
• Mentor and supervise junior publishing staff
• Ensure compliance with publishing and industry standards

المتطلبات:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Publishing, Media, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in publishing or editorial management
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Deep understanding of publishing workflows and content strategy
