Role Mission

Build and lead a high-impact external promotions and relations engine that consistently drives daily customer acquisition for Elaris luxury salon locations across Dubai.

This is a field-driven, relationship-led leadership role with direct commercial accountability.

• Design and execute creative, trend-driven external promotion campaigns
• Uniformed promotion teams
• Gift cards and experiential offers
• Live activations and lifestyle placements
• Deploy promotion teams across premium, high-footfall locations:
• Clubs and lounges
• Hotels
• Residential compounds and beach areas
• Build corporate and group clients through partnerships with companies and communities
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with:
• Events and exhibitions
• Fashion shows
• Luxury social gatherings
• Lifestyle and nightlife platforms
• Launch and manage innovative concepts such as:
• Makeup Cars
• Nail Trucks
• Beauty pop-ups near clubs, beaches, and events
• Build a promotion network where your presence and your team consistently generated demand and visibility for the brand

• A recognized name within Dubai’s social, luxury, nightlife, or lifestylescene
• Strong, active network across:
