An exciting opportunity has arisen within one of most successful and highly established FMCG businesses in the Gulf region. The business is currently looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Engineering Manager to join their dynamic team in Dubai.

• Manage the standardization of the maintenance engineering throughout the sub-region of MEA in coordination with the Regional Operations Team
• Implement best practice maintenance engineering processes/standards across the region
• Liaise with the Lean Enterprise to drive improvements in the engineering process
• Oversee the management of improvement projects to reduce costs and increase the process efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, MBA would be an advantage
• Minimum of 4-5 years of engineering experience within a leadership position
• Strong command of MS Office, experience in six sigma project would be an advantage
• Must be fluent in English, knowledge of the Arabic and French language would be an advantage
• Excellent analytical, communication and leadership ability
• Must be flexible to travel
