Job Summary

The Vice President – Sales will drive revenue growth in the UAE market by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives across digital transformation, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.

This role requires strong leadership, deep market knowledge, and the ability to manage enterprise client relationships.

Chief Growth & Strategy Officer (CGSO)

المهام الأساسية

  • Drive regional revenue growth and market expansion across the Middle East.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and close new enterprise opportunities across target industries.
  • Build and manage relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: lead generation, RFPs, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build partnerships with system integrators and technology resellers.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 sales professionals.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 57,500/month + performance incentives.

Qualifications

  • 14–18 years of experience in B2B IT / enterprise sales.
  • Strong experience in Middle East market (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals.
  • Strong network across target industries (FSI, Oil & Gas, Govt, Travel).
  • Expertise in selling digital transformation, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience managing small sales teams.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree (attested with apostille stamp mandatory).
  • English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage.
