Overview

We are partnering with a high-growth FinTech firm in the UAE, operating at the intersection of AI and financial services. As part of a strategic build-out, the firm is establishing a best-in-class Compliance function and is seeking both a Deputy Head of Compliance and a Compliance Manager to support this journey.

These are hands-on roles suited to experienced generalist compliance professionals who can operate across advisory, monitoring, and regulatory engagement within a dynamic and evolving environment.

المهام الأساسية:

Regulatory & Advisory

  • Provide day-to-day compliance advisory across the business, including product, operations, and technology teams
  • Interpret and implement regulatory requirements under FSRA and CBUAE frameworks
  • Support the development and launch of new products in line with applicable regulations

Framework Development

  • Assist in building and enhancing the Compliance framework, including policies, procedures, and controls
  • Ensure alignment with UAE regulatory expectations and international best practices
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of a scalable compliance infrastructure

Monitoring & Testing

  • Design and execute Compliance Monitoring Programmes (CMP)
  • Conduct thematic reviews and control testing across key risk areas
  • Track and report on remediation actions

Regulatory Engagement

  • Support interactions with regulators, including FSRA and CBUAE
  • Assist in regulatory filings, reporting, and ongoing supervisory requirements

Governance & Reporting

  • Prepare management information (MI) and reports for senior management and governance committees
  • Escalate key compliance risks and issues in a timely manner
