Head of Web3 Operations – Confidential Search

A global top‑10 exchange is building out its Web3 division and looking for a senior operator to lead strategy and growth across wallet, perpetuals, and DEX. The role reports directly to the COO, with scope flexible based on the candidate’s background—either as a generalist overseeing all three verticals or as a deep specialist owning one.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a mid‑tier or emerging exchange / protocol, where resources were limited and growth came from execution, not platform advantages
• A track record of scaling through campaigns, affiliate programs, user acquisition, and retention—with measurable results
• Deep product understanding in at least one area: wallet user growth, perp trading mechanics, or DEX liquidity / incentive design
• Comfort operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments
