Position Highlights

Deeply engage in the core Middle East sports market, Priority given to candidates with local sports brand merchant resources; clear performance incentives and growth opportunities aligned with regional business expansion.

Job Responsibilities

1. Merchant Resource Development & Maintenance: Proactively identify sports brand owners and brand distributors in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, build long‑term cooperative relationships, and expand the regional cooperative merchant database.
2. End-to-End Business Cooperation Execution: Independently manage requirement communication, proposal development, negotiation, contract signing, and coordinate with the operation teams to ensure the implementation of cooperation terms and achieve cooperation goals.
3. Performance Achievement & Optimization: Undertake performance indicators such as the number of cooperative merchants and GMV, track data, analyze bottlenecks, and drive strategy optimization to meet targets.
4. Market Information Feedback: Monitor local sports consumption trends, competitor strategies, and policy changes, and produce analysis reports to support the company’s strategy adjustment.

Job Requirements

1. Resources & Experience:

• Possess local sports brand merchant resources in Saudi Arabia / the UAE; candidates with established cooperative channels are preferred.
• Candidates with sports category BD/operation experience on leading e-commerce platforms will be given priority for hiring.

2. Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), capable of independent communication in English as the working language.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and Chinese is a key plus.

3. Competencies:

• Strong business negotiation and resource integration skills, able to work under performance pressure.
• Sharp insight into Middle East sports market trends and consumer needs.
