A leading talent acquisition firm is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment efforts across the GCC and India region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing the recruitment lifecycle and acting as a strategic partner to business leaders. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, enhancing talent pipelines, and leveraging advanced sourcing tools. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of recruitment experience in complex environments. This position is full-time and located in Dubai.
