A fast-growing AI infrastructure company in Dubai is looking for an Operations Director to lead project execution, compliance, and administrative operations across the UAE. This role requires extensive experience in vendor coordination and a strong execution mindset within bureaucratic environments. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in operations or project management, particularly in data centers or heavy infrastructure. Fluency in English is mandatory, and Arabic is a plus.
