We are hiring a Growth Marketing Director to join an ambitious AI application provider within their Abu Dhabi headquarters.

This is a senior leadership appointment designed for a commercial heavy hitter ready to operate at a Chief Marketing Officer level.

You will join a business at the intersection of AI and financial technology during a period of rapid regional expansion.

This role is about building a customer acquisition and partnership powerhouse from the ground up.

You will own the commercial strategy and the brand engine to ensure rapid market take up. During the first six months you will execute aggressive market plans and set firm performance metrics designed to ring fence customers through highly localized strategies.

As the strategic lead for growth you will manage a significant monthly investment ranging between 5 million and 10 million USD.

You will be responsible for scaling platforms like TikTok to drive both revenue and user expansion.

This position requires a leader who understands the Emirati context and possesses a deep mastery of Gen Z acquisition tactics.

Your goal is to blend high level strategic vision with the technical agility required to scale a modern financial app.

• Extensive experience leading growth and marketing functions at a senior or head of department level.
• A background in Fintech or Banking within the MENA region is hugely advantageous.
• Proven track record managing monthly budgets exceeding 5 million USD.
• Exceptional expertise in TikTok scaling and performance media management.
• Deep understanding of the Emirati market and regional consumer behaviors.
• Direct experience in Gen Z audience acquisition and community building.
• Strong background in building commercial partnerships and localized brand presence.
• Ability to transition between CMO level strategy and hands on execution.
