All Middle East Europe and Americas commercial and manufacture operations of Client Group are conducted by Client located in the Jebel Ali Free zone of Dubai United Arab Emirates.

Assistant Sales Manager position is for an energetic relationship builder sales oriented results focused responsible person with commercial skills and engineering knowledge is preferred for the position.

Reports to Business Manager & Commercial Director.

• Sales & Marketing activities of Client company for defined products and territory
• Business and account development and retaining existing business
• Set sales targets
• Sales and marketing activities and promotion with lead customers and dealers / distributors of products
• Promotion of products with specific objective of introducing and ensuring participation in all business of segments such as: CNG distribution companies, CNG Station companies, CNG Conversion workshops, Industrial gases production companies and distributors
• Administrative work for coordination with branch offices in allocated territories
• Produce specific benchmarking and competitor information as well as recommend strategies to be ahead of and counter activities by competition brands
• Business plans forecast reports and marketing strategy per period as defined by management
• Permanent report and feedback of all business results and commercial activities (daily, weekly, monthly or as defined by management)
• Perform specific activities as defined by management

Qualifications & Traits

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred but not limited)
• Graduate diploma in Management is not limited but preferred
• Candidate should have some of all of the following traits: dynamic, energetic, relationship builder, sales oriented, results focused, responsible, self‑motivated
• Should be spoken and written for proper periodical reporting to head office
• Female (no gender preference)

Job Experience

• 6 to 8 years in sales and marketing of engineering related products with a reputed company
• Commercial experience in high‑pressure gas cylinders, CNG cylinders, oil & gas sector energy or automobile products (not limited to these only)

Age Limit

Preference for candidates starting on 32 years of age. Candidates having more experience and age will also be considered and special terms could be proposed if the position search produces results of higher value to the company.

Dubai, U.A.E. Job will involve regular touring in the allocated territory.

Salary Package

Company will offer a monthly all-inclusive total gross salary of AED 5,000 to 7,500 per month (excluding annual benefits as per company rules) to be defined upon the qualification and experience of the candidate. This value is a lump sum to include all taxes and expenses required by local employment laws and regulations. Travelling expenses and other expenses for travel out of location city will be paid at actuals as per the company set maximum.
