Flint Culture is looking for an Account Manager with a strong understanding of Arabic and English media and a passion for arts and culture. You will manage client relationships, plan media campaigns, and engage with national and international media. Your role will involve social media content development, organising events, and collaborating with stakeholders across the cultural sector.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

1. Lead and implement strategic media campaigns for arts and culture clients.
2. Develop strong relationships with clients, media, and partners.
3. Create press materials and manage media outreach.
4. Organise events, press trips, and launches.
5. Contribute to new business proposals and social media development.

Skills & Experience

1. Experience in communications/PR within creative industries.
2. Strong media contacts and ability to secure positive coverage.
3. Excellent written English; Arabic is a plus.
4. Skilled in managing projects and working under tight deadlines.
5. Flexible to attend evening events.
