Job Summary
Responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.
Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and record inventory movement, including monthly inventory aging and cost analysis reports.
• Prepare and process payments to local and overseas suppliers, utilities, and staff payables.
• Maintain accurate journals, debit notes, payment vouchers, and daily cash flow reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations, payables reconciliation, and daily sales reporting.
• Handle invoice encoding, check preparation and release, and petty cash management.
• Coordinate and support year-end audit and sales certification audits.
• Track and adjust goods in transit and reconcile inventory monthly.
• Maintain organized financial filing systems and ensure compliance with Finance SOPs.
• Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and auditors to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
• Encode invoices daily using Navision ERP and ensure data alignment with POS and system records.
• Generate and share cash flow reports and sales reports with leadership and principals as scheduled.
• Participate in stock-take and store cash count activities as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive business and employee information.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Navision.
