Overview

Thank you for your interest in the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) Study Abroad Scholarship Program (ASP).

The ASP targets UAE National, male students in Grade 12 of high schools across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Al Dhafra regions. Applicants must be willing to study Computer Science or Math at universities outside the country. The scholarship requires you to complete your national service before the start of your undergraduate degree.

To be considered for the next selection cohort, please apply before Dec 1 of the current year. If selected for the Scholarship, all students are required to complete National Service prior to joining the Scholarship.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • UAE National, male student in Grade 12
  • Willing to study Computer Science or Math at universities outside the UAE
  • Must complete National Service before starting undergraduate degree
  • Apply before the Dec 1 deadline

Documents to Prepare

  • Emirates ID: both sides (downloaded from UAEICP App)
  • Passport: include the unified number page (downloaded from UAEICP App)
  • Screenshot of Family Information page including family sequence number and city code (from UAEICP App)
  • High School Transcripts: include 9th, 10th, 11th & 12th grade transcripts
  • Cover letter expressing interest in the scholarship, intended major, and country of destination
  • University admission letter or proof of correspondence with universities regarding application status
  • SAT score report for private school attendees (from College Board)
  • IELTS certificate or equivalent English proficiency certificate
  • CV (if available)

Document Quality & Size: Ensure that all text is legible and images are clear. Each document file size should not exceed 5MB.
