We are looking for a highly skilled Architect/Engineer with 5-7 years of experience in architecture and interior design. The ideal candidate will lead design processes, ensure compliance with ADM regulations, and oversee project execution while collaborating with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead architectural and engineering design processes.
2. Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to approved designs and local standards.
3. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
4. Prepare and review project documentation and conduct site visits.
5. Manage BIM models for tender proposals and ongoing projects.
6. Submit timely tender deliverables and ensure compliance.
7. Collaborate with Estimation and QS teams for tender data.
8. Develop design solutions aligned with client expectations.

مؤهلات:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (relevant field).
2. 5-7 years of experience in architecture and interior design.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, BIM, and SketchUp.
4. Strong project management and communication skills.
5. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
