• Create and manage detailed Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate various elements into the BIM model and resolve design conflicts.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.
• Perform analyses and simulations using the BIM model to assess building performance, energy efficiency, and other factors.
• Use BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) to create, modify, and manage models, and stay updated with new tools and techniques.
• Ensure the BIM model complies with project standards, codes, and regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM processes and software.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must have worked on UAE, Saudi or Qatar BIM Projects in the past.
• Must have experience working with consultants or architects.
• Experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and a strong portfolio of BIM projects.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, drafting, and visualization.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in model creation and documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with project teams.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to the BIM model and design integration.
• Understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction practices
