Role Purpose

The Area Operations Manager – UOQ is responsible for leading the operational performance, delivery excellence, and business support across UAE, Oman and Qatar, one of the most active regions for CAPEX and OPEX-driven inspection services.

The role holds full accountability for P&L performance, delivery execution, and resource management across the area, managing a layered organisation with Country Operations Managers and large field-based teams.

Operating in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, the role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of site-based and vendor inspection services, while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including NOCs, IOCs, EPC contractors, and manufacturers.
