SFG20 is seeking an Asset Surveyor to deliver accurate, high-quality asset intelligence to support their professional services, technical credibility, and customer value. The Asset Surveyor will play a critical role in delivering asset registers, lifecycle data, and maintenance schedules to clients.

المتطلبات

• Minimum of an HNC/HND in Building Services, Building Surveying, Construction, or a related discipline.
• Membership of, or working towards membership of, CIBSE, RICS, or CIOB (preferred).
• Proven experience in building services surveying or asset-related project delivery.
• Good understanding of building services systems, construction methods, and relevant building regulations.
• Knowledge of health & safety legislation and hazard identification.
