We are looking for a dedicated and skilledAssistant FM Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. If you have the required qualifications and experience in facility management, this is your opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organization.

*Job Type : Full-time

* Salary: up to 4000 AED (full package)

* Expected salary details must be mentioned.

Requirement :

  • 2 years of experience in Facility Management Companies within the UAE
  • Experience in CAFM
  • Familiar with FM applications (Vendor cafe, Oracle based applications)
  • Monitor day to day operations
  • Follow-up with technical team
  • Closing the work orders
  • Generating PPM plans
  • Preparing the reports (Weekly, Monthly)
  • Preparing LPO’s
  • Coordination with vendors
  • Preparing the quotes
  • Assisting in all technical & admin works.
