- Assist the Store Manager in daily operational tasks and store management.
- Ensure that store financial objectives are met by overseeing budgets.
- Supervise and motivate staff members to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate store goals and updates.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure swift problem resolution.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock.
- Analyze sales reports and data to understand market trends and needs.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating performance of store employees.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership or supervisory role in retail.
