• Lead and drive the team to excel at their work, coach and train staff, managing by the numbers and achieving KPI goals, covering for advisors when needed (writing service, taking excellent care of customers, procuring parts, dispatching work to technicians).

Qualifications

• A leader with superior sales skills, positive attitude, passion for helping people, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to always learn.
• A valid Driver’s License is required.
