Overview

Design and implement end-to-end data architectures on Azure aligned with business and analytics needs.

المسؤوليات

• Develop and operationalize Medallion / Lakehouse architecture (Bronze Silver Gold layers) using Databricks and Fabric.
• Lead data ingestion transformation and orchestration pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.
• Define data modeling standards, metadata management principles, and data governance best practices.
• Architect scalable data storage solutions including Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, Delta Lake, Synapse, and Fabric Lakehouse.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and engineering teams to deliver scalable high-performing data solutions.
• Drive cost optimization, security controls, and performance tuning for cloud workloads.
• Provide architectural guidance and perform code reviews for data pipelines and platform components.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Architecture roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Azure Data Factory (ETL/ELT pipelines, triggers, integration runtime).
• Azure Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake notebooks, cluster management).
• Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Engineering, Data Warehouse components).
• Medallion / Lakehouse architecture design patterns.
• Proficiency in SQL, PySpark, and distributed data processing.
• Solid understanding of data modeling techniques (star schema, dimensional modeling, Data Vault preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Knowledge of data governance, data lineage, security, IAM, and Azure DevOps CI/CD.
