• Becoming a key resource for Tablet Banking knowledge, including processes, systems, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities include reviewing reports, preparing correspondence, delivering performance reports to senior leadership, and proactively solving Tablet Banking issues to improve processes and reporting.
