About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our freight and logistics portfolio across air, sea, road, and rail services. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in freight forwarding and established relationships with carriers, consolidators, and key industry stakeholders.

- Identify and secure new business opportunities across multimodal logistics services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and account growth.
- Negotiate with carriers and partners to optimize rates, routings, and service levels.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform commercial strategies.
- Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to deliver competitive solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and commercial proposals to clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven track record in freight forwarding or multimodal logistics sales.
- Strong network with airlines, shipping lines, GSA partners, and freight forwarders.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; logistics or supply chain background advantageous.
