Business Development Manager – Experience of selling IT platforms or IT services to Insurance companies

We have an urgent requirement for a Business Development Manager with experience selling IT platforms or IT services to Insurance companies for our client based in Dubai. Experience selling IT platforms or IT services to insurance companies is MUST. Strong network within the BFSI industry is MUST.

• Contacting potential insurance industry senior executives to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives in UAE.
• Researching organizations and key stakeholders to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new market opportunities in UAE.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Assist Qatar-based marketing team in developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Managing administrative / compliance activities for Tech UAE.

المتطلبات

• 10+ years of work experience in the marketing / operations / IT in financial services / insurance industry (preferably with experience in the UAE).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Knowledge of IT systems in insurance industry a plus.
• Strong MS Office skillset (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
