Overview of the role and responsibilities in the construction sector, focusing on identifying and pursuing opportunities, building client relationships, managing tendering and documentation, and leading cross-functional collaboration.

• Project Development & Strategy: Identify fresh opportunities in the construction industry (piling and shoring in Abu Dhabi). Analyze data to understand market needs and ensure offerings align with demand. Keep the company informed and ahead of market trends.
• Client Relationship & Acquisition: Engage with clients and contractors, present proposals, manage meetings and presentations, build trust, handle inquiries, close deals, and foster repeat business.
• Tendering & Proposal Management: Manage tender requests, prepare technical and price proposals, coordinate with the team, gather required information, analyze numbers, and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
• Documentation & Compliance: Manage registrations and regulatory paperwork across portals (SAP Ariba, Oracle, Jaggaer, Maximo), maintain licenses and certificates, monitor renewals, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Leadership & Team Collaboration: Guide junior team members, distribute work, maintain cross-department communication, and promote a collaborative work environment.
• Financial & Market Analysis: Monitor spending and profitability, produce reports, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop strategies to improve performance.
