We are looking for a talented Business Development Specialist to join our team.

المهام الأساسية

• Conduct market research to help identify potential growth opportunities for the business, the product and the client base
• Assist in developing strategies to expand Webook presence
• Help build a pipeline of business opportunities
• Qualify inbound leads and create a comprehensive list for outbound leads
• Establish and maintain relationships with sports organizations, event organizers, and corporate partners
• Assist in negotiating business agreements and partnerships
• Assist in developing and executing sales and growth strategies
• Monitor sales & business development performance and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with marketing to drive user / client acquisition
• Support business development initiatives to align with company goals
• Provide regular reports on business development activities and market trends
• Work with other departments to ensure cohesive execution of strategies
• Support and learn from senior team members

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in business development or sales in the entertainment, hospitality technology or IT industry in the UAE
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluent in both Arabic and English
