المهام الأساسية:

• Build and manage a database of qualified leads fornew company formations and business setup .
• Prepare customized proposals and quotations; negotiate and successfullyconvert leads to sales .
• Guide clients on business structures, licensing options(Mainland vs. Free Zone ) , and UAE regulations.
• Coordinate withFree Zone and government authorities to streamline business setup procedures.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all client inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Analyze client needs, formulate solutions, and deliver concise, strategic business reports.
• Assist clients with license applications and documentation, explaining each step clearly.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of UAE company formation, licensing types, and regulatory processes.
• Represent INFIBIZ at networking events and in client-facing meetings with professionalism.
• Contribute to marketing efforts through content, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with Free Zone partners and other key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and suggest improvements to management.
• Support team development by sharing best practices and training new colleagues.
• Prepare and submit regular reports as requested by management.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Setup Consultant or Company Formation Specialist in the UAE.
• Experience withDED and Free Zone authorities ismandatory .
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with proven sales record.
• Confident in handling objections and offering practical business solutions.
• Energetic, self-driven, and results-oriented with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver consistent service excellence.
• Must have worked inbusiness setup consultancies in the UAE.
