CEO – Established Beauty Brand Location: Dubai

We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead an established and commercially successful beauty brand.

The business has already built a strong presence across the GCC, with a loyal customer base, proven product‑market fit, and consistent performance. We are now looking for a CEO to take full ownership of the company and lead it through its next phase of growth.

The Role

• Full P&L ownership and accountability
• Setting and executing the company’s overall strategy
• Leading all core functions including commercial, operations, marketing, and product
• Strengthening brand positioning and market presence
• Driving operational excellence and scalability
• Building and leading a high‑calibre leadership team

This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands‑on execution.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years’ experience within leading beauty brands (e.g. L’Oréal, Estée Lauder, Sephora or similar)
• Demonstrated experience managing P&L and leading sizeable business units
• Strong track record of scaling and improving established brands
• Commercially driven, with a clear understanding of both brand and performance
• Experience operating at senior leadership level within a structured organisation
• Able to transition into a founder‑led environment and take full ownership

This is a CEO role requiring full ownership of the business end‑to‑end and the ability to elevate what is already in place.

Package
