This role is for someone who moves fast, makes bold decisions, and understands how to scale a chain from infrastructure → ecosystem → mass adoption.

What You Will Lead?

• End-to-end strategy; execution for a high-performance L1 blockchain
• Ecosystem expansion: developers, partners, enterprise, tooling integrations
• Product direction across infra, SDKs, DeFi, consumer apps, node economy
• Brand, operations, governance, and global expansion roadmap
• Building and leading a high-performance international team

Who We’re Looking For?

• Proven leadership in Layer-1/Layer-2, DePIN, or deep Web3 infrastructure
• Hands‑on experience with scaling partnerships, GTM, and global operations
• Ability to communicate a sharp, compelling vision to investors, builders, and community
• Founder-level mindset: ownership, speed, resilience, accountability
