المهام الأساسية

• Strategy & Leadership – Define and execute Nordek’s vision, mission, and growth strategy in Web3.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations – Drive fundraising efforts, manage investor relations, and engage stakeholders.
• Marketing & Branding – Build brand awareness, implement go-to-market strategies, and expand Nordek’s presence in the crypto ecosystem.
• Partnerships & Business Development – Identify and lead strategic partnerships to support company growth.
• Financial & Operational Oversight – Ensure sustainable growth, profitability, and operational efficiency while staying ahead of blockchain trends.

المتطلبات

• Proven leadership experience in high-growth startups or Web3 companies.
• Strong expertise in marketing, brand building, and scaling teams .
• Deep understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and the Web3 ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Tech, Marketing, or related fields.
• 6+ years in leadership roles, with 3+ years in Web3/FinTech .
