Our client is a major player in the two-wheeler and automotive components industry, manufacturing motorcycles, scooters, and three-wheelers widely used across Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

المسؤوليات:

  1. Achieve monthly plans for retail, collection, and shipments.
  2. Assess seasonal trends, stocking requirements, and recommend shipment plans.
  3. Recommend organizational structure to distributors by assessing needs and identifying gaps.
  4. Identify network gaps and recommend towns requiring network actions.
  5. Establish and drive company sales processes and values.
  6. Communicate timely updates to management regarding local regulations, distributor profitability, market dynamics (price, competition, economy), product inadequacies, and quality issues.
  7. Plan sales promotion activities, market activation, and new product launches aligned with brand development strategies.
  8. Conduct product and sales process training for distributor/dealer sales teams.
  9. Collaborate with distributors and stakeholders for strategic programs such as retail finance, exchange, institutional buyers, and banking partnerships.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer insights through non-consideration, leakage analysis, NPS, and provide feedback for action development.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience.
  • Previous experience in the two-wheeler or automotive industry.
  • Channel sales experience with a principal company is essential.
  • Ability to work independently.
