Persian Horizon is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO/Head of Finance) to lead the full financial function across the group and its subsidiaries.

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for financial strategy, control, compliance, and investment decision support . You will work closely with founders and senior leadership to ensure financial discipline, visibility, and scalability across multiple entities.

• Provide full financial leadership across Persian Horizon and its subsidiaries
• Own cash flow management , budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and cost control
• Oversee VAT and UAE Corporate Tax compliance , filings, and audits
• Lead financial reporting , audit coordination, and internal control frameworks
• Establish and maintain robust financial governance across group entities
• الدعم investment, acquisition, and business purchase decisions through:
• Financial analysis
• ROI and risk assessment
• Lead and optimize ERP and financial systems
• Manage and develop the finance team, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and performance

المتطلبات

• Senior finance leadership experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial, tax, and regulatory frameworks
• Proven experience managing multi‑entity/group structures
• Hands‑on expertise with ERP and financial systems
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
• Strong commercial judgment and decision‑making capability
• Executive‑level role with real influence on business and investment decisions
• Exposure to investments, acquisitions, and group‑level strategy
